Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Cooksto join a busy, team-oriented kitchen. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, and has a passion for preparing high-quality meals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in both presentation and flavor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Ensure food is prepared efficiently and in a timely manner, even during busy hours
• Monitor food inventory and communicate low stock to kitchen manager or supervisor
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and multi-task in a high-volume environment
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
