Responsibilities Execute menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent and delicious pizzas and dishes. Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods, maintaining a high level of productivity. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines. Embrace creativity and innovation, contributing to the development of new menu items and pizza creations. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available. Embody a strong work ethic, displaying a passion for your craft and a commitment to excellence in every dish. Qualifications Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands. Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. Stand and move for the duration of shift. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work near hot surfaces and open flames. Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
