Location: North Bethesda, MD ( Pike & Rose)
Compensation: $17/hour
Job Type: Part-Time, 2530 hours per week

Shift Hours:

Morning: 4:00 AM 10:00 AM or Evening: 8:00 PM 2:00 AM

Description:
The Baked Bear, a premium dessert shop specializing in made-to-order ice cream cookie sandwiches and baked treats, is hiring:

1 Cookie Dough Mixer (Prep Role)

-Mix cookie dough according to recipes

-Portion dough for sandwiches and future baking

-Maintain a clean and organized prep area

-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

2 Brownie Baker (Mix & Bake Role)

-Mix brownie batter according to recipes

-Bake brownies consistently to ensure quality, texture, and taste

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

-Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

-Previous baking or prep experience preferred

-Ability to work early mornings (410 AM) or late evenings (8 PM2 AM)

-Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks

-Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Reliable Transportation

- Ability to work independently

-Ability to complete tasks as assigned
