Who we are:
We are a small family-owned authentic French Bakery famous for our fresh daily baked bread, Sandwiches, Croissants, Pastries, Salads and more. Our food is artisan crafted and made using traditional methods and recipes which we are very proud of. We are a neighborhood favorite and famous in Austin and surrounding area!

Our customer base has grown a lot in the recent years, and we are looking for the right employee who can help us grow it even further in the kitchen area.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an energetic Cook who can run the kitchenpletely with previous experience working in similar position(s) who is used to fast paced environment either in an assisting role or the Chef preparing and handling all kinds of food as well as handling andpleting orders cooperating with the FOH employees.
The main requirements and activities consist out of the following:
Assisting with stocking and prepping the kitchen every morning and afternoon
Preparing food, making sandwiches, Salads, Omelets, Panini s and more, including cleaning and cutting the required ingredients
Ability to multitask while working on several orders at a time and not loose overview is crucial
Plating prepared foods based on guidance
Working with FOH employees to ensure that orders arepleted according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma
At a minimum, 2 years experience working as a Cook/Prep Cook in a similar fast paced environment.
Working hours:
Wednesday through Sunday 6:30AM till 3:00PM
Closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Initially, the Pay will be between $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience). Opportunity to be a salary-based employee with additional benefits.
