We are looking for a skilled Production Cook with high-volume cooking experience to join our team and help us deliver consistent, exceptional food. Position Overview The Production Cook is responsible for preparing large-batch recipes according to established specifications while maintaining quality, consistency, and speed. This role requires efficiency, organization, and the ability to thrive in a busy commissary kitchen environment. What You'll Do Prepare and cook high-volume recipes to exact specifications. Measure, weigh, and portion ingredients according to production sheets. Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain product quality and consistency across large batches. Work in a timely manner to meet daily production schedules. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with labeling, packaging, and storing finished products. Communicate effectively with the commissary team and supervisors. What We're Looking For 2+ years of high-volume cooking experience (catering, commissary, banquet, or large-scale production). Strong recipe-following skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain.
