SOUS CHEF / KITCHEN SUPERVISOR Position -- Sammy's inside Stones Gambling Hall

SOUS CHEF Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A minimum of 5 years current & relevant experience.
• Ability to train and certify in all kitchen stations.
• All positions at Stones Gambling Hall require a work permit issued by the Citrus Heights Police Department
• Honesty, integrity, & professionalism.
• Availability to work weekends & holidays, and others based on business needs.
