Your Role
- Partner with the Executive Chef to run the retail kitchen like a top-tier restaurant
- Create menus and specials that keep customers coming back for more
- Lead a team of cooks and prep staff with energy, efficiency, and creativity
- Balance speed and qualityperfectly plated, even in the lunch rush
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost while keeping waste low
Were Looking For Someone Who
- Has culinary training or equivalent high-volume experience (retail, restaurant, or food hall a plus!)
- Can juggle creativity with consistency under pressure
- Understands food trends and knows how to adapt them to a retail audience
- Brings strong leadership skills and a hands-on, positive attitude
- Holds ServSafe certification (or is ready to earn it)
