Your Role

• Partner with the Executive Chef to run the retail kitchen like a top-tier restaurant
• Create menus and specials that keep customers coming back for more
• Lead a team of cooks and prep staff with energy, efficiency, and creativity
• Balance speed and qualityperfectly plated, even in the lunch rush
• Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost while keeping waste low

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has culinary training or equivalent high-volume experience (retail, restaurant, or food hall a plus!)
• Can juggle creativity with consistency under pressure
• Understands food trends and knows how to adapt them to a retail audience
• Brings strong leadership skills and a hands-on, positive attitude
• Holds ServSafe certification (or is ready to earn it)
