Daisies, a celebrated Midwestern pasta-focused restaurant in Logan Square, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a key role for someone who is experienced, self-motivated, and ready to grow alongside our CDC and chef team.

  • Execute food to a high, consistent standardalways aligning with the CDC and chef teams vision.

  • Creative and thoughtful approach to family meal

  • Pasta cooking experience strongly preferred. Especially with high volume.

  • Passion for vegetables and seasonal produce. Including pickling, preserving, and utilizing every part of the harvest.

  • Committed to Sustainability and the longevity of our industry.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $75,000.00)
