Daisies, a celebrated Midwestern pasta-focused restaurant in Logan Square, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a key role for someone who is experienced, self-motivated, and ready to grow alongside our CDC and chef team.

Experience with ordering, par systems, and inventory management

Creative and thoughtful approach to family meal
Pasta cooking experience strongly preferred. Especially with high volume.
Passion for vegetables and seasonal produce. Including pickling, preserving, and utilizing every part of the harvest.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $75,000.00)
