Job Details Job Details Line Cook : Prohibition River family friendly neighborhood Hudson Valley bistro We are located in Nyack NY . We are looking for a full-time line cook to join the team. This position is approximately 36-40 hours a week. Must have weekend availability (Fri-Sun). Responsibilities :

• We are looking for responsible applicants who are friendly and willing to work in a team-oriented, guest-centric environment to deliver a welcoming dining experience by:
• Collaborate with Chef and kitchen crew to prepare and serve both savory and dessert menu items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, cooking equipment, and food storage area (including walk-in cooler).
• Receive and organize food deliveries.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste, compost, and recycling.
• Be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Follow and maintain safety protocols.

• Must look neat and clean for food service.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment.
• Strong time management skills, and a sense of urgency when approaching kitchen tasks.
• Passion for food and beverage, strong work ethic and dedication.
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve.

Physical Demands: The physical demands for this position are being able to walk up and down stairs, seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
