Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Adhere to food safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food products.
Assist in catering events as needed, contributing to meal planning and execution.
Utilize various kitchen tools and equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
