Sup Noodle Bar, part of the Kei Concepts restaurant group, brings bold Southeast Asian-inspired flavors to a modern and energetic dining experience. Our Irvine location is growing, and we're looking for motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team!

Positions Available:

Line Cook
Prep Cook

Line Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency on the line
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff in a high-volume setting
Ensure consistency in plating and portioning

Prep Cook Responsibilities:

Follow prep lists and recipe packets to plan daily tasks
Wash, chop, slice, and prep ingredients as needed
Accurately measure and season per recipes
Prepare basic dishes (salads, appetizers, entrees, sides)
Execute basic cooking techniques (stocks, sauces, braising, roasting)
Keep kitchen clean and organized; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces
Label, stock, and rotate ingredients per food safety standards
Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service
Maintain clean equipment and workstations, including occasional restroom deep cleaning
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen experience is preferred (especially for line cooks)
Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and time management skills
Reliable transportation
Be able to lift more than 40 lbs
Food handler card training hours provided (if needed).
Must have weekend and holiday availability.
Meet the minimum standard working hours as set by the company.
