Duties :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Handle and store food products properly
- Use knives and other culinary tools effectively and safely
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Assist in meal preparation for special dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Barista experience a plus. - We will train the right person
Qualifications :
- Must be realiable and punctual.
-Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle and prepare food safely and efficiently
- Proficient knife skills for food preparation
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work with attention to detail
- Serv Safe Certification
