Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure all food safety and handling guidelines are strictly followed.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or fine dining setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
