Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and coach floor and bar staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Support the General Manager with ordering, inventory management, and guest service excellence
- Manage floor operations during busy service periods with composure and efficiency
- Oversee beverage program operations and eventually manage beverage ordering as Area of Responsibility (excluding wine)
- Maintain fine dining service protocols and stepped service standards
- Utilize administrative skills including Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations (wine, beer, spirits)
- Fine Dining servers/bartenders ready to transition into leadership are welcomed to apply!
- Bar background essential - experience in beverage operations and management
- Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups strongly preferred
- Proven ability to perform under pressure during high-volume meal periods
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Administrative proficiency, particularly with Excel
- Experience with financial planning, reporting, and inventory analysis preferred
- Demonstrates loyalty and genuine passion for hospitality service
- Experience with Toast POS
