What Were Looking For:

3+ years of experience on saute and/or grill in a high-volume kitchen (this is not your first rodeo)

A cool head under pressure service moves fast here

A team player whos dependable and communicates well

Creative flair? Even better menu item & specials creation is a plus

Inventory control experience? We like that, too
