Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in food preparation, menu planning, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food service operations, including dietary aide responsibilities.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
A passion for cooking and a desire to contribute creatively to menu development.
