Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications

MUST be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC!!

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen
  • Proven success leading kitchen teams, developing menus, and ensuring consistent, exceptional execution
  • Strong understanding of food and labor cost management, purveyor relations, and inventory systems
  • Skilled in staff training, coaching, and daily kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen environment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent formal training
  • Full scheduling flexibility based on the needs of the restaurant
  • Deep understanding of food safety and health regulations, and a personal commitment to excellence
