Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications
MUST be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC!!
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen
- Proven success leading kitchen teams, developing menus, and ensuring consistent, exceptional execution
- Strong understanding of food and labor cost management, purveyor relations, and inventory systems
- Skilled in staff training, coaching, and daily kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent formal training
- Full scheduling flexibility based on the needs of the restaurant
- Deep understanding of food safety and health regulations, and a personal commitment to excellence
