Were looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role at a bustling, chef-driven Mediterranean restaurant. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to maintain culinary standards and inspire the team daily.

Sous Chef for Spanish Concept - Key Responsibilities

  • Help lead kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency throughout service
  • Support menu innovation featuring Mediterranean staples and fire-grilled dishes
  • Train and mentor back-of-house staff to uphold execution and prep standards
  • Monitor and uphold kitchen sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures
  • Assist with daily prep, production timelines, and communication between stations

Sous Chef for Spanish Concept - What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale concept
  • Deep understanding of Mediterranean cooking methods, including grilling and rustic preparation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to guide BOH operations
  • Ability to manage kitchen inventory, prep systems, and cost awareness
  • Passion for culinary excellence and leading by example on the line
