Restaurant Sous Chef

We are seeking a SOUS CHEF for our prestigious private club. If you fit the qualifications below, we'd love to have you join our team!

Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club or luxury hotel
• Experience managing a high-volume scratch kitchen
• Able to execute at each station in the kitchen
• Butchering experience
• Country club experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
