Sous Chefs Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience (Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager level)
- Strong skills in training, mentoring, and BOH team development
- Proficient in inventory, ordering, food costing, and scheduling
- Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
