Job Details The Pelican Room is looking for a Line Cook to bring skill, passion, and reliability to our back-of-house team.
Located in lower Westchester in Pelham, New York, just 28 minutes from Grand Central Station, were a coffee house by day and a full-service restaurant by night, serving an eclectic, globally inspired menuincluding artisan brick oven pizza and an elevated beverage program.
As a Line Cook, you'll be central to crafting the flavors and experiences that define The Pelican Room. From working the line with precision and care to firing up perfect pies in our brick oven, you'll help deliver outstanding meals that keep our guests coming back.
What Were Looking For:
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Proficiency in multiple kitchen stations and cooking techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality in every dish.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the kitchens needs.
A passion for food and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Pay Range: $18$20/hour, depending on experience
