Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Production of desserts to include, pies/tarts, laminated doughs, breads, cookies etc...
Job Requirements
Background in pastry baking.
Have availability to work early morning - 3 am, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Have the ability to accurately and efficiently multi task - measuring mixing and baking all at once.
