As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties include following recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to food safety standards. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure as part of a team. Prior experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.

your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, seasoning) according to recipes.

Cook and plate dishes consistently and efficiently (grilling, frying, saut ing, etc.).

Ensure all food meets quality, portion, and presentation standards.

2. Station Management

Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized cooking area.

Monitor food levels and restock as needed during shifts.

3. Kitchen Safety & Compliance

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (proper storage, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention).

Adhere to health department regulations and company policies.

4. Team Collaboration

Work closely with other cooks, chefs, and servers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.

5. Efficiency & Adaptability

Handle high-pressure situations during peak service hours.

Adjust to menu changes or special requests from customers.
