Job Details 24 Carrot Bistro is now hiring experienced line cooks. We are an award winning, fast paced,
farm-to-table restaurant looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our team.

Our approach to food is simple; farm to table, fresh, seasonal and local. We believe in using the highest quality ingredients sourced and grown sustainably. We are located in Historic Downtown Erie, the fastest growing Town in Colorado! Conveniently located 20 minutes north of Denver, 15 min East of Boulder and 5 miles off I-25.

Applicants must be reliable, punctual, passionate about food, and have the ability to excel in a busy environment. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties:
30-40 Hours per week
AM & PM Shifts
Work Cold & Hot Station and Brunch Line
Prep and execution of daily menu items.
Advanced Knife and Butchery Skills a plus.
Must be passionate and motivated to learn
Work well with others.
Must work clean, be organized and work well under pressure
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay plus 4% kitchen appreciation fee

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $23.00) plus tips
