Farra is on the hunt for a Sous Chef to join our tight-knit kitchen crew. Were a wine bar that takes food seriously seasonal, thoughtful, technique-driven plates designed to shine alongside a wine list that celebrates the greats. Think: benchmark producers, graceful vintages, and bottles that tell a story with every pour.
As part of the team, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to keep service smooth, the food dialed-in, and the creativity flowing. High standards without the ego.

What You'll Do:Lead the line and support smooth, efficient service
Maintain consistency, flavor, and execution across all dishes
Collaborate on new seasonal menu items and specials
Help train and mentor cooks
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running sharp
Learn wine (not required, but very much encouraged)
2+ years in a kitchen leadership role
Strong technical skills + a love for great ingredients
A calm, team-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Creative, curious, and always hungry to learn
NYC Food Handler's cert is a plus
