Understanding of different ingredients a plus. Must be able to carry a minimum of 50lb Duties and responsibilities include: - Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, self starters, can work as a team with good communication skills. - Preparing food items, including cleaning and cutting ingredients, following recipes. - Plating prepared foods properly, work with FOH so orders are completed according to request and on time. - Washing and cleaning the kitchen, cooking utensils, and proper storing the equipment - Common knowledge of kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meeting food safety standards and regulations - Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the job. Bartender Description Minimum Experience 5 Year w/3 years preparing Classic & Custom Cocktails Must be able to carry a minimum of 50lb Duties and responsibilities include: - Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer. - Interacting with guests, taking food & bar orders, running food to guest and ensuring a positive experience. - Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and handling cash and credit card transactions. - Preparing drink recipes to spec, understanding flavor profiles, and mixology techniques. - Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as legal drinking age requirements. - Working as a team, including support and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service. - Contributing to the creation of cocktail menus, including seasonal and signature drinks. - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the bar is adequately stocked. - Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and courteously. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and handle inventory. - Ability stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the job.
