Living-Wage certified restaurant in west Asheville seeking an experienced line cook:
Position requires:
-line cook experience
-Availability Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays (3 days/week required)
-positive mental attitude
-professional communication, timeliness, and interpersonal skills
-willingness to take initiative to clean when slow and help where needed
-heavy lifting, long hours standing & ability to multi-task in fast paced environment required
