Under the general supervision of the Kitchen Manager, you will prepare foods and ensure the quality and food safety standards are followed, all while offering outstanding customer service in a team environment. Full time experienced line cooks whose abilities include the following: Comfortable with all sauteing, plating, garnishing. Cook meats to proper temps Knowledge of general commercial kitchen procedures, set up, break down. Experience in banquets a definite plus but not mandatory. Our kitchen services multiple outlets and is very busy & demanding at times. It is most important that we have dependable, efficient staff that works well with others and understands the importance of teamwork. Our menus are very upscale and we expect nothing but a very high-quality product from preparation to presentation.
