With sweeping city views, a serene open-air terrace, private dining space, and a sleek, modern dining room, Electric Lemon offers an elevated experience that effortlessly transitions from day to night. Were currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads by example and is passionate about training and mentoring teams. This role primarily oversees breakfast and lunch service , with shifts beginning as early as 6:00 or 7:00 AM.This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000

- A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant and/or luxury hotel
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring a large diverse hourly staff
- The ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurant's hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable or Resy software systems highly preferred
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
