  • Prepare ingredients and handle kitchen equipment proficiently.
  • Cook dishes following designated recipes.
  • Ensure dishes are presented attractively and taste delicious.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and customize dishes for special occasions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in fine dining food as a Line Cook or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen processes.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Knowledgeable about sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
