Are you a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional seeking an opportunity in a local restaurant/bar? We're hiring waitstaff, bartenders, bussers and line/prep cooks to join our team. Responsibilities for Waitstaff/Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional food and beverage items

Responsibilities for Linecooks:
Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean kitchen workspace.
Collaborate with kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food industry is preferred but willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods
- Must be able to handle and serve alcohol responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age restrictions

Calificaciones:

Experiencia previa en restaurantes es preferible.

Conocimiento basico de los elementos del menu.
Bartenders:
Experiencia comprobada como bartender en un entorno de ritmo rapido.
Conocimiento de recetas de bebidas y tecnicas de mixologia.
La certificacion de servicio responsable de alcohol es una ventaja.
