Duties: - Assist in food preparation and cooking, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines. - Participate in catering events and assist with food preparation and presentation. - Maintain a strong knowledge of food handling practices and adhere to food safety guidelines. - Assist in the maintenance of our kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. - Work effectively in a team environment, providing help and support to colleagues as needed. Skills: - Proven experience in food preparation and cooking. - Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety guidelines. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. - Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to guests. - Ability to assist with catering events and food preparation and presentation. - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools and ability to maintain them. - Strong team player with the ability to provide help and support to colleagues as needed.
