What You'll Do As a Baker at South Bend Chocolate Company, you'll play a key role in creating the delicious treats that our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards. - Following recipes and production guidelines to maintain consistency and excellence. - Collaborating with the team to develop new and exciting baked creations. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and efficiency. - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ingredient preparation. What We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate with: - At least 1 year of baking experience (professional or similar). - A passion for baking and working with sweets. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
