Cook - Full Time - Glacier Hills

Glacier Hills is seeking a Full Time Cook for its community in Ann Arbor. Glacier Hills is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), one of the nations largest, multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems, with over 40 communities in multiple states. Shift: 11am-7pm working every other weekend

Cook Responsibilities not limited to:

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus. Review menus prior to preparation of food.
• Serve and prepare food that is palatable and appetizing in accordance with established portion control procedures, therapeutic diet needs, standardized recipes, special diet needs. Make only authorized food substitutions.
• Assists in establishing a food service production line, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year or more of professional cooking experience preferred
