Youll be joining a collaborative, quality-driven team in a kitchen that values curiosity, craftsmanship, and community. Our Executive Chef, Darryl Crumb, brings over 20 years of experience to the table, including training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, executive leadership across Canada, and a stint on Top Chef Canada. His philosophy is simple: let the ingredients speak but speak fluently.

While Chef Crumb sets the culinary tone, hes also deeply committed to teaching and mentorship. Whether you're a young cook hungry to level up or a seasoned hand looking for a fresh environment, youll find plenty of room to grow here.

What Youll Do
Execute dishes to spec during service with consistency and care
Stay ahead of prep and mise en place to keep service smooth
Work clean, organized, and respectfully within the brigade
Contribute ideas, give and receive feedback, and continue learning
Bring a sense of pride and purpose to your station
What You Bring
At least 16 years of professional kitchen experience
Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen best practices
Passion for seasonal ingredients and sustainable food systems
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting)
