ResponsibilitiesLeads the preparation of food for patients, staff and visitors of the healthcare facility following safe cooking techniques. Assists in the oversight of staff to ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed. Prepares food for multiple therapeutic diets and complies with state and federal laws and regulations related to food preparation in a healthcare environment. Supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency.
Essential Key Job ResponsibilitiesExperience Required
Minimum two (2) years of experience in food services or one (1) years of hospital experience preferred
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates Degree ; or two (2) years of equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of the Associates degree.
