At a Glance!: Lower Columbia College (LCC) is seeking a part-time, on-call Food Service Worker to support our Red Devil Cafeteria Catering team! We're looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual with strong customer service and organizational skills who can jump in to help make our catering events run smoothly and professionally. This position focuses on behind-the-scenes support for event preparation, setup, and clean-up, as well as general food service duties.

This is an on-call position, meaning hours will vary depending on catering event schedules. There may be periods of high activity (up to 19 hours per week) as well as times when no hours are available.

This position is categorized as a non-permanent Food Service Worker under State of Washington Class Specification and requires in-person work. It reports directly to the Food Services Supervisor.

This position may require evening and weekend shifts based on event needs.

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Worker's Card
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Current or willingness to obtain Food Handlers card.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a food services environment.
