Join a Rapidly Growing Hospitality Group in NYC A well-established, multi-location restaurant group in New York City is seeking a Rotating Chef de Cuisine to support culinary operations across multiple high-volume restaurant locations. With continued expansion and multiple new openings on the horizon, this is a rare opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the local dining scene.
About the RoleThis is a very hands-on, dynamic position perfect for a chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The Rotating Chef de Cuisine will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards, training teams, supporting daily BOH operations, and helping roll out new menu items and kitchen systems.
Youll work closely with the groups Corporate Executive Chef and ownership team to ensure operational consistency, excellence, and innovation across all locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRotate weekly between multiple NYC restaurant locations
Maintain culinary standards and brand consistency
Support and train BOH teams
Assist with implementation of new systems and menus
Ensure quality control and operational efficiency
Strong background in high-volume kitchens
Expertise in classic American or New American cuisine
Natural leader who thrives in hands-on environments
Excellent communication and training skills
Flexible, organized, and calm under pressure
For the right candidate, this role can evolve into an Executive Chef position in early 2025 at a brand-new flagship location featuring a dual concept with a shared kitchen. This will be a unique opportunity to take full creative leadership of a new opening while continuing to be part of a well-supported and growing team.
