Job Summary The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in daily operations and service leadership at Flyfish Club. This individual works closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to ensure every guest and member experience is elevated, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is a team-builder, detail-oriented operator, and passionate host.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily FOH operations and ensure all service standards are upheld throughout each shift

  • Serve as a hands-on floor leader and role model of hospitality for team members and guests

  • Drive a culture of accountability, consistency, and excellence across the entire service team

  • Manage team performance, including scheduling, coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution

  • Collaborate with BOH, membership, and events teams to ensure seamless communication and execution

  • Support inventory control, ordering, tip pool oversight, and operational planning

  • Execute guest recovery when needed with grace, professionalism, and urgency

  • Uphold and enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and service procedures

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • 24+ years in a management or leadership role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant

  • Proven ability to lead service teams through busy shifts while maintaining a calm and professional presence

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Deep understanding of hospitality, team leadership, and systems-driven operations

  • Experience with reservation (7Rooms), POS (Toast), scheduling (Sling), and communication platforms

  • A growth mindset and genuine passion for people, food, and service

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
