What We Are Looking For

We’re now hiring a Starchless Kitchen Assistant to fill out and keep up to date on all paperwork for kitchen technician. Also needs to know how to mix all formulations of products correctly and ensure all quality, food safety, and sanitation practices are completed appropriately and according to standards.

Essential Duties:

• Complete orders by following Production Schedule.
• Communicate with Starchless Mogul Operator to ensure a harmonious transfer of product.
• Communicate with Quality Control to ensure all product produced is in spec.
• Communicate with Inventory Control/Warehouse to ensure proper ingredients are used.
• Operate Starchless Cooking System.
• Operate all supplemental equipment associated with the Cook/Dosing area.
• Responsible for all cleanouts and ensure no cross contamination happens.
• Inventory and sanitation duties
• Fill out all appropriate paperwork for Dietary Supplements properly.
• Must adhere to all company and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the testing and monitoring of the equipment to ensure proper dosing.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical understanding.
• Must be able to perform normal job duties and requirements.
• Good Attendance, polite, self-motivated
• Basic computer, math skills.
• Possess a positive attitude toward goal setting, personnel motivation and creating harmony
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, good organizational skills
• Stay up to date on trainings, procedures and policies.
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities.
• Willing to work hours needed to accomplish goals.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $21.34/hr
• Year 1 Bonus: $1.22/hr
• 6% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.28/hr
• Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment (prior year profit sharing equated to an extra $5.68/hr for employees)
