As Sous Chef, youll be second-in-command in our dynamic kitchen team. You'll help craft exceptional culinary experiences while leading by example in quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus
Leading kitchen staff during service and ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Assisting with inventory control and ordering
Training and mentoring junior team members
Preparing food according to customer preference
Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
Ability to work in a high speed environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude
Monitoring and managing your cooking tools and ingredients
Having a just say yes attitude to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
