Via Tevere - Line Cook

Via Tevere Pizzeria is hiring a part-time experienced Line Cook, available Sunday evenings (1-2 shifts weekly).

The ideal candidate will be confident managing a busy service, minimum 2-3 years experience at a high volume restaurant. All applicants should have strong culinary skills, proficient in preparing all menu items to company expectations and standard. Daily prep of ingredients, fulfilling restaurant menu requirements, and following health and safety procedures. Previous experience with Italian cuisine is an asset.
