The Role:
Cafe Hitchcock is looking for a full-time line cook to join our kitchen team. Were a busy all-day cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This position offers a chance to be part of a tight-knit kitchen crew and play a key role in day-to-day service.

Shifts are available during both day and evening hours. Were looking for someone experienced, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the kitchen

Working the line during busy services

Supporting prep, cleaning, and kitchen organization

Helping guide the flow of service alongside the chef and team

Maintaining a clean and professional workspace on an open line

Occasionally interacting with guests

What Were Looking For:

Clean, organized, and professional work habits

Good communication skills and a team mindset

The ability to take direction and also work independently

Comfort working in an open kitchen

Experience in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen is a plus
