Offering stunning views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, located within New York City's Hudson Yards, Electric Lemon's sleek, expansive dining room and serene al fresco terrace make up the ideal multi-use, day-to-night setting.
We are currently seeking a Pastry Cook with a strong work ethic and love for all things dessert.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ year experience as a pastry cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Experience with seasonal cuisine is highly preferred
- Will have worked production as well as plating
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
- Strong understanding of basic pastry recipes, ice creams, etc.
- Culinary degree is preferred but not required
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
