Summary: Creates exceptional food experiences while thriving in our collaborative, fast-paced kitchen environment. Reports to Executive Chef and rotates seamlessly between cooking, prep, dishwashing, and receiving duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare diverse menu items and entrees following established recipes and quality standards
- Rotate fluidly between all kitchen stations - cooking, prep, dish, and receiving as needed
- Work efficiently in our intimate kitchen space alongside team members
- Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety standards across all functions
- Support Executive Chef with production tracking and operational documentation
- Cross-train in multiple areas to provide backup support wherever needed
