Vinbero is the first Wine Bar in Edmonds, serving small plates, charcuterie, and award-winning salads and sandwiches!
We are the sister restaurant to Kelnero, a local favorite known primarily for its craft cocktail program. The business owners are local service-industry veterans themselves, understanding of the specific stresses and struggles we all deal with in this business.
Vinbero's food program blends imported and local specialties with largely from-scratch recipes to achieve a menu mainly of quick-fire items. On Weekends we run a limited breakfast menu for brunch, and we regularly host coursed out meals for our "Supper Club".
Vinbero's kitchen is hoodless, so we are problem-solvers by nature and necessity. At all times, the menu is varied yet focused on cross-utilization and putting our all into our mise-en-place. Most of our pick-ups take under 5 minutes to execute, and we only seat ~30 heads at a time.
Our chefs value collaboration during development, and t is plenty of room for cooks to develop rotating specials alongside our kick-ass wine program. Some of our wonderful local purveyors include Cottage Community Bakery, Farmstand Local Foods, Wild Foragers, Seabend Meats, and Brier Patch Farm; our close relationships with these folks gives us access to some incredible quality and seasonal variety, and loads of inspiration!

Two years line cooking experience

Compassion in a difficult industry

Ability to lift 50# and work 8+ hours on-site
Valid Food Handler's Permit
