Uncle Ramen is seeking line cooks for our Highlands location. We use traditional Japanese, Thai, Chinese and American techniques and ideas to create our menus. Speed, precision, attention to detail is a must and the appreciation ofplexity in simplicity. We value team work, good attitudes, hospitality and the drive to get better as paramount to talent. Our goal is to promote from within. We value a collaborative creative process w it's ok to make mistakes--the process is as important as the end result.
