Job Overview

Assist with menu creation

Menu Execution

Staff development and scheduling

Vendor relations/Sourcing/Ordering

Kitchen system creation and implementation

Kitchen management during service

Inventory management and food costing

Maintain health and safety requirements

Job Requirements

3-5 years of fine dining kitchen management/CDC/Exec/Sous experience

Highly creative and imaginative

Acute regional product and ingredient knowledge

Expert butcher and knife skills

Expert understanding of modern and classical kitchen techniques
