Whether you are an experienced kitchen professional or looking to start your career in the hospitality industry, we have a place for you. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling to amodate your needs.

Sous Chef

As our Sous Chef, you will work directly with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, inspire the culinary team, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional food. You will play a key role in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef with menu development and execution

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation for all dishes

Coordinate and motivate kitchen staff during service

Ensurepliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Train and mentor team members

Maintain a clean,anized, and efficient kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant

Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Strong leadership,munication, andanizational skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Food Handler s Permit (or ability to obtain)

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $28 $32 per hour, depending on experience

Line Cooks

Line cooks are the backbone of our kitchen, responsible for executing dishes to perfection and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. If you re energetic, eager to learn, and take pride in your work, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

Maintain cleanliness andanization of workstations

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Receive and store deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cooking experience preferred, but we wee enthusiastic beginners willing to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Attention to detail andmitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Food Handler s Permit (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $20 $26 per hour, depending on experience and position

Dishwashers

Dishwashers are essential to keeping our kitchen efficient and our guests safe. This entry-level role is ideal for those seeking hands-on experience and an opportunity to grow within thepany.

Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area

Assist with trash removal and recycling

Support other kitchen staff as needed

Always follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

No previous experience necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.

Dependable, hard-working, and attentive to detail

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $18 $20 per hour
