The line shifts will be Monday & Tuesday, 3pm - 10:30pm. The prep shifts can be pretty much any other days, with extremely flexible hours. We're looking for candidates with strong prep skills more than experienced line cooks. Dinners are consistently slow, so self-management and multitasking skills are a must. Knife skills and the ability to follow recipes are also vital.
